We currently accept GORE-TEX Jackets in both good and bad condition. Even if your jacket has significant wear, damage, or stains, you can still sell it. Jackets in bad condition will be sent to our refurbishment center for repairs and restoration.

Selling Process

How does the selling process work?

The selling process is straightforward. First, create space by sorting out your GORE-TEX Jackets that you no longer use. Next, upload the details of your jacket through our platform, where you’ll receive a price suggestion. If you agree with the suggested price, you can send the jacket to us using a free shipping label that we provide. Once we receive your jacket, our team will examine it for quality and functionality. If the jacket is in good condition, we will create high-quality images and publish it on our third-party partner platform. If the jacket is in bad condition, it will be sent to our refurbishment center for repairs before being listed. After the examination is complete, and if everything is in order, we will transfer the agreed purchase price to your account within a few days.

Can I sell more than one jacket?

Yes, you can sell multiple GORE-TEX Jackets, regardless of their condition. Just repeat the process for each jacket you wish to sell.

What if my jacket is not accepted?

If your GORE-TEX Jacket doesn’t meet our quality standards or is beyond repair, we’ll notify you. You can then choose to have it returned to you at no extra cost, or you can opt to have it recycled.

What happens if I want to cancel the process after sending my jacket?

If you wish to cancel after sending your jacket, please contact our support team immediately. If the jacket hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll return it to you.

Shipping & Tracking

How do I ship my jacket?

After you upload your jacket and accept the price suggestion, you can print a free shipping label from our platform. Simply package your jacket and drop it off at your local post office.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, once you send your jacket, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor its progress until it reaches us.

What happens if my jacket gets lost in the mail?

All shipments are tracked and insured. If your jacket is lost in transit, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including potential compensation.

Pricing & Payment

How are prices determined?

Prices are suggested based on the jacket’s condition, brand, and current market demand. Jackets in good condition will typically fetch higher prices, while those needing refurbishment may receive a lower offer.

When will I receive payment?

Once we receive and examine your jacket, you’ll receive the agreed-upon payment in your account within a few days. No need to wait until your jacket is sold.

What payment methods do you offer?

Payments are typically made via bank transfer or PayPal. You’ll be able to select your preferred payment method when you set up your account or during the selling process.

Refurbishment & Listing

What happens during the refurbishment process?

Jackets sent to our refurbishment center undergo thorough inspection and necessary repairs. This can include patching holes, replacing zippers, cleaning, and restoring the jacket’s waterproof properties. Once refurbished, the jackets are restored as closely as possible to their original condition.

How long does the refurbishment process take?

The refurbishment process typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the extent of the repairs needed. After refurbishment, your jacket will be listed for sale on our partner marketplaces, and you’ll be notified once the process is complete.

Will I be notified during each step of the process?

Yes, you’ll receive email notifications at key stages, including when we receive your jacket, after the examination, if your jacket is sent for refurbishment, and when payment is processed.

Do I need to clean my jacket before sending it?

No, you don’t need to clean your jacket before sending it in. We handle all necessary cleaning as part of our refurbishment process.

What happens with my jacket after I send it in?

After you send in your jacket, it undergoes a thorough inspection. If it’s in good condition, it will be photographed and listed on our partner marketplaces for sale. If the jacket needs repairs, it will be sent to our refurbishment center before being listed.
